℞ The Day Job

Also a kind
of storytelling.

Every locum placement is a tiny startup: someone else's vision, no manual, and me working out how to run it properly.

Three Days, Hands in the Work

This footage was shot during my MEDISCA compounding training classes, which ran for three days. It shows the intensity and dedication that goes into compounding medications — the kind of precision work that doesn't make it onto a resume line, but shapes how I approach everything else.

Where Both Worlds Meet

Hand-Sanitiser YouTube Series

During the 2020 shortage, I wrote, filmed and published a WHO-compliant, hospital-grade hand-sanitiser tutorial — solo, start to finish, from script to upload. Equal parts pharmacist and creator. Possibly the clearest proof either job was ever going to be enough on its own.

Fermented Rice Water Conditioner

Lockdown boredom turned into a kitchen experiment: a fermented rice water conditioner, made famous by the Yao women of China, whose knee-length hair and centuries-old ritual are basically hair-care folklore at this point. I posted it half expecting nothing. It hit 12,000 views, and someone messaged asking if I'd ever turn it into a real product. I still think about that message. Maybe one day there's an actual haircare brand I've created out of it.
